All Foam Talents were selected from submissions made in response to the magazine’s annual Talent Call. The competition is open to photographers of any nationality under the age of 35. Over 1500 photographers submitted their portfolios. The results are published in Foam Magazine #36.
The billboard exhibition Foam Magazine Talents 2013 tours Amsterdam, beginning on 2 August 2013 at the Mercatorplein, then onto the water of the Keizersgracht and finishing at Unseen, the international photography fair at the Westergasfabriek.
BILLBOARDS AT MERCATORPLEIN
The work of seven of the sixteen talents selected for Foam Magazine’s Talent Issue is being exhibited on seventeen very large billboards at Mercatorplein. This outdoor exhibition is a magnificent, kingsized preview of the outstanding work of this year’s talents. The billboards can be seen at the Mercatorplein until 25 August.

FLOATING EXHIBITION ON THE KEIZERSGRACHT
From 3 until 22 September 2013, work of all sixteen finalists of Foam Magazine Talents 2013 is afloat on the Keizersgracht as a celebration of the four centuries of the city’s major canals as well as the 150 years of continued use of Museum Fodor as an exhibition space. The three-week outdoor exhibition on the canal will be an extension of the museum. Everybody in Amsterdam is welcome, whether by foot, bike or boat.

EXHIBITION AT UNSEEN PHOTO FAIR
The complete exhibition travels to Unseen, as part the four-day photography fair from 26 until 29 September at the Westergasfabriek. During Unseen the Fall issue of Foam Magazine will be officially launched.
