On the Boulevard Saint-Jacques, 1930-1932 © Estate Brassaï Succession, Paris
The workshop starts with a participatory tour through the exhibition of Brassaï, during which you will get inspired by the theme and work ethic of the photographer. Inspired by this tour, you will then start working on the assignment of the workshop. Within the themes of Brassaï, you will photograph in black and white and discover the still life, people in cafés and street scenes. During the workshop you will be guided by a professional museum teacher.
The workshop will finish with showing and discussing each other’s results. You can choose your best results and have a few options on printing them. All results will be sent to you digitally and of course you can take your analogue work with you.
